Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ph90vip and its affiliated companies are prohibited from registering or maintaining an active player account on the ph90vip Platform.
To access the full features of ph90vip, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your Philippine mobile number, full legal name, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph90vip account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph90vip reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph90vip login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph90vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
ph90vip may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph90vip may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. ph90vip is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including failed withdrawals due to incorrect payment details.
ph90vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:
All transactions on ph90vip are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph90vip does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit amount on ph90vip is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. ph90vip reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed during ph90vip business hours. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. ph90vip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
ph90vip applies an anti-money laundering (AML) policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. This policy is in place to protect players and to comply with Philippine financial regulations.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ph90vip may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant account balances will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
ph90vip may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses credited to your ph90vip account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. ph90vip reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
ph90vip reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if ph90vip reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph90vip Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ph90vip Platform — including but not limited to the ph90vip brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ph90vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph90vip Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph90vip Platform without prior written consent from ph90vip.
ph90vip does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph90vip will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph90vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph90vip Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from Platform downtime or technical errors.
ph90vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph90vip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph90vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph90vip reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) it is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
You may close your ph90vip account at any time by contacting ph90vip customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the ph90vip Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph90vip, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ph90vip's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
